Data Deletion Instructions

NovelLocket allows registered users to permanently delete their accounts and associated personal data.

The following instructions explain how to request account deletion and what happens afterward.

1. Delete Your Account

If you are signed in to NovelLocket, follow these steps:

1. Open NovelLocket.
2. Navigate to Mine > About Us > Delete Account.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Confirm that you want to delete your account.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot normally be undone.

2. Data Removed

When your account deletion is completed, the following account-related information will be deleted or anonymized:

• Account information and login credentials
• Saved stories in your Library
• Synchronized reading progress
• Account-linked VIP status and preferences

Certain records may be retained where required or permitted for legal, financial, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

3. Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription.

To stop future payments, cancel your subscription through:

Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > NovelLocket

You may also manage subscriptions at:

https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

4. Need Help?

If you cannot sign in or complete account deletion in the App, email us at k@novellocket.com.

Use the subject Data Deletion Request and include your NovelLocket username and sufficient information to verify your account.

Please do not share your password.
