Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern VIP subscriptions available in NovelLocket, operated by NOVALITH LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing a subscription, you accept these terms and authorize the applicable recurring charges.

1. VIP Plans and Benefits

NovelLocket offers weekly and yearly auto-renewable VIP subscriptions.

An active VIP subscription provides access to the reading benefits displayed on the purchase page.

You can subscribe without creating a NovelLocket account. When signed in, supported VIP benefits may be synchronized across devices.

2. Pricing and Payments

Before subscribing, you can review the plan price, billing frequency, and included benefits.

All iOS subscription payments are processed by Apple. Your Apple Account is charged when you confirm your purchase and at each renewal.

Prices may differ by region, currency, or applicable taxes. The price confirmed through Apple's purchase screen applies to your transaction.

3. Automatic Renewal

VIP subscriptions renew automatically for the selected weekly or yearly period until canceled.

Apple handles recurring payments based on your subscription plan. Any applicable changes to renewal pricing will follow Apple's notification and consent requirements.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > NovelLocket

To prevent the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

After cancellation, paid VIP access normally continues until the subscription expires.

Deleting your account or uninstalling NovelLocket does not cancel your Apple subscription.

Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund procedures and applicable laws.

5. Purchase Restoration

If your subscription is not recognized, use Restore Purchases in NovelLocket.

Eligible purchases can be restored using the Apple Account associated with the original transaction, subject to the subscription's current status.

6. Subscription Updates

We may revise available plans, reading benefits, or subscription features.

Changes to subscription pricing and renewals will be handled in accordance with Apple's requirements and applicable law.

VIP access requires a valid subscription. Access obtained through fraud or unauthorized transactions may be restricted.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms as our services or applicable requirements change.

The latest version will be published with an updated date.
